Sanya Charles-Herrera, OCT, is a mathematics educator with over 20 years of classroom experience in Ontario secondary schools, including 17 years at West Hill Collegiate Institute with the Toronto District School Board.

She is the founder of Unleash Your Inner Genius™ Math & Mindset Coaching and the creator of the Genius Blueprint™ Learning System — an evidence-based framework for developing the six executive functioning skills that determine how students learn, not just what they learn.

A passionate advocate for Black students and equity-driven education, Ms. Sanya co-created the TDSB's first Africentric Secondary History course and founded the West Hill African Heritage Students Association. She holds an Intermediate/Senior Mathematics designation and is a member of ETFO, OSSTF, and the Toronto Black Educators Network.

In 2022, Ms. Sanya made a deliberate transition from full-time teaching to serve students at scale — building the tools, programs, and frameworks that classrooms need but rarely have time to teach.
